Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration of acquired entities or partnerships into JP Morgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking operations, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, assessing financial, operational, and cultural fit
  • Develop and execute integration roadmaps, including technology, process, and organizational change management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, risk, and technology, to mitigate integration risks
  • Monitor post-integration performance metrics and drive value realization from strategic deals
  • Support the evaluation and negotiation of new partnerships and acquisitions in the consumer banking space
  • Advise senior leadership on integration strategies that enhance customer experience and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards during integration phases
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, such as acquired company executives and community partners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or strategic integrations within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end acquisition processes, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and consumer finance, such as those from the FDIC, OCC, and SEC
  • Experience in the Consumer & Community Banking sector, with knowledge of retail banking products, partnerships, and community initiatives
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for integration activities and stakeholder meetings
