Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or strategic planning within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in deal sourcing, financial modeling, and executing mergers and acquisitions
  • Strong understanding of consumer banking, auto finance, and strategic investment landscapes
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
