Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial control aspects of integration projects for new Consumer & Community Bank products and systems at JP Morgan Chase
  • Develop and implement program management frameworks to ensure seamless finance integration and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, risk, and operations to align on integration goals
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and financial impacts to senior leadership
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with system integrations and product launches
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and training on new financial processes and controls
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making during integration phases
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices within the Consumer & Community Bank Finance team
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for executive reviews and regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, program management, or integration projects within the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex financial integration initiatives
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SOX, Basel III, and consumer banking compliance standards
  • Experience with financial systems integration, including ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • CPA, CFA, or PMP certification
