Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance integrations for Consumer & Community Banking initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate finance systems
• Develop and execute financial control programs for new product launches, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect banking platforms with enterprise-wide finance processes at JP Morgan Chase
• Oversee the implementation of control frameworks to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics during integration projects, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
• Identify and resolve integration challenges, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business units to ensure successful rollout of finance-enabled banking solutions
• Conduct post-integration reviews to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while adhering to JP Morgan's risk management protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial control, program management, or finance integration within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale finance integration projects, including system implementations and process optimizations
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as SOX, Basel III, and consumer banking compliance standards
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams across finance, technology, and operations in a corporate banking environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex financial reporting and control frameworks in a high-volume banking setting
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification

• Advanced degree (MBA) in Finance or related discipline
