Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships for Chase's commerce platforms, including merchant integrations and fintech collaborations
  • Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends in digital payments and consumer engagement
  • Lead negotiations and manage relationships with external partners to enhance platform capabilities and user growth
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses for potential partnerships and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams in product, technology, risk, and compliance to ensure seamless integration and regulatory adherence
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and partnership opportunities
  • Contribute to the overall strategy for Consumer & Community Banking's commerce ecosystem, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's growth objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, or business development within financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth and innovation in commerce or digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of consumer banking trends, payment systems, and e-commerce ecosystems
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal structuring
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
