Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to ensure content aligns with user needs and business objectives in a regulated environment
  • Conduct user research and content audits to identify gaps in employee tool experiences and propose data-driven improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing within a digital product environment
  • Proven track record of creating user-centered content for enterprise software or employee tools
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements for internal communications
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and legal stakeholders
  • Portfolio demonstrating content design work that improves user engagement and accessibility
