Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement control frameworks to mitigate operational risks across business lines at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or control functions within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or local Indian regulations like RBI guidelines
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial reporting standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
