Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario testing to evaluate potential impacts on critical financial processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and operations, to implement control enhancements
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations, reporting findings to senior management
  • Facilitate training programs and awareness initiatives on business resiliency for employees

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, or control functions within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and operational resilience standards
  • Proven experience in identifying and mitigating operational risks in a large-scale financial institution
  • Certification in Business Continuity (e.g., CBCP) or Risk Management (e.g., CRISC) is required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus for global team collaboration
