Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, control functions, or data governance within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams in a high-stakes regulatory environment, ideally in APAC markets
  • Deep understanding of financial regulations such as Basel III, GDPR, and APAC-specific data privacy laws
  • Strong track record in implementing data analytics and control frameworks in large-scale banking operations
  • Experience with enterprise risk management systems and compliance reporting in a global financial institution
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRISC) or data analytics (e.g., CDMP)
  • Prior experience at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar
