  • Proven track record in leading data and analytics initiatives, with deep knowledge of regulatory requirements such as CCAR, Basel III, and GDPR
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a high-stakes banking environment, particularly in product and platform development
  • Strong understanding of data governance, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies like AI and machine learning in finance
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRISC) or equivalent professional qualification
