Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct gap analyses and implement enhancements to control processes in response to regulatory feedback

  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's firmwide policies on risk and control management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in control management, regulatory compliance, or risk governance within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale regulatory change programs in a global banking environment
  • Strong understanding of UK and international financial regulations, including those from the FCA, PRA, and Basel frameworks
  • Experience in talent development and mentoring teams in a high-stakes financial institution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and business lines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Risk Management
