Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement control frameworks to monitor third-party risks across Commercial and Investment Bank operations
  • Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on vendors and third-party providers to ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, measure, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks
  • Oversee the execution of third-party oversight programs, including ongoing monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare and present risk management reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies
  • Drive continuous improvement in control processes and policies aligned with industry best practices
  • Support audit and regulatory examinations related to third-party engagements
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Commercial and Investment Bank divisions
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance risk measurement and early warning indicators
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's Code of Conduct and ethical standards in all oversight activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or third-party oversight within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for third-party risk management, including Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and GDPR
  • Proven track record in program management or control functions in a banking environment
  • Experience with Commercial and Investment Banking operations and associated risks
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or FRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or Risk Management
