Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data transformation projects to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting processes within the Controllers organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, risk management, and finance to integrate data pipelines and automate reporting workflows
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and internal policies at JP Morgan Chase
  • Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
  • Drive innovation in data analytics tools and technologies to support real-time decision-making for senior leadership
  • Manage stakeholder communications, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, particularly in data transformation, analytics, or controller functions
  • Proven track record in leading data transformation initiatives within a large financial institution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements such as IFRS, GAAP, and Basel standards
  • Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and integration in a banking environment
