Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business control management, risk assessment, or compliance within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as those from MAS, HKMA, and other APAC regulators
  • Proven track record in leading teams focused on business continuity and risk mitigation in sales and markets operations
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., CRMP or FRM) or equivalent professional qualification
  • Experience in the APAC region, particularly in markets trading and sales environments
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and risk management software used in banking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) with a focus on risk and compliance
