Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CIB stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategic data solutions for high-profile change programs
• Analyze core data assets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with JP Morgan Chase's data governance frameworks
• Design and implement data models, mappings, and ETL processes to support business intelligence and reporting initiatives
• Conduct data quality assessments and remediation activities to mitigate risks in financial operations
• Partner with technology teams to integrate data solutions into JP Morgan's enterprise platforms, such as proprietary trading systems
• Drive requirements gathering and documentation for data-related projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards
• Monitor and report on key data metrics to senior leadership, providing insights for decision-making in the Corporate & Investment Bank
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on data best practices within the CIB Data team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data handling to enhance efficiency
• Support audit and compliance reviews by providing detailed data lineage and impact analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data management within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for extracting and analyzing large datasets
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in banking (e.g., Basel III, GDPR)
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Administration
