Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, risk management, or compliance within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading governance and oversight initiatives in a large-scale banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and other banking compliance standards
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or PMI frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial setting
