Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to enhance program controls across Global Banking initiatives
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, monitoring, and resolving control deficiencies in banking programs
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align program controls with JP Morgan Chase's enterprise risk management objectives
• Conduct regular audits and reporting on program performance, highlighting areas for improvement in risk management
• Drive the adoption of best practices in compliance and oversight to support sustainable growth in Global Banking
• Manage the lifecycle of control programs, from design through execution and continuous improvement
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory changes impacting program controls and ensure timely adaptations
• Foster a culture of accountability and risk awareness among program teams within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, risk management, or compliance within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading governance and oversight initiatives in a large-scale banking environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and other banking compliance standards
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or PMI frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance/Risk Management)
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Risk Management (CRISC, FRM)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
