Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance core operational processes across JP Morgan Chase's banking divisions
• Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process enhancements with business objectives and regulatory standards
• Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to drive cost savings and efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of strategy implementations
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of improved processes
• Support the integration of new technologies into existing financial operations
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure process changes comply with JP Morgan's risk management framework
• Partner with senior leadership to define long-term strategic goals for core operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, process improvement, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading process optimization projects in a banking or financial environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in financial services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
