Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies for the Corporate Advisory group within JP Morgan Chase's Investment Banking division
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical insights to optimize business operations and client advisory services
  • Support the management of client relationships, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's global advisory standards and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving deal teams, risk management, and compliance to facilitate seamless advisory transactions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform advisory recommendations for corporate clients
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and dashboards using tools like Excel and Tableau for internal and client use
  • Assist in business development initiatives, including pitch preparation and response to RFPs for advisory mandates
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's risk management frameworks and contribute to process improvements in advisory workflows
  • Mentor junior associates and foster a collaborative team environment within the New York office

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, or business management roles
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment banking products, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven track record in project management and stakeholder coordination within a financial services environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent certifications preferred for compliance
