Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Corporate Functions and Operations roles in Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for JP Morgan Chase's high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with Japanese employment regulations and JP Morgan's global hiring standards
  • Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to align on best practices and share market insights
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress and efficiency
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires in Corporate and Operations functions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for corporate functions and operations roles
  • Familiarity with Japanese labor laws and recruitment practices
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in the financial services industry, particularly for multinational banks
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition
  • Prior work in a global organization with cross-border recruitment
  • Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or equivalent)
