Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with subsidiary entities of multinational corporations headquartered in Greater China
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate lending, cash management, trade finance, and capital markets solutions
  • Conduct in-depth credit and risk assessments for client portfolios, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk management standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product specialists, legal, and compliance to structure tailored financial solutions
  • Monitor market developments in Greater China and provide advisory services on economic, regulatory, and geopolitical impacts
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal executions to drive revenue growth in the subsidiary banking segment
  • Support the integration of ESG principles into client financing strategies, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's sustainability commitments
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses for senior management on portfolio performance and market opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the Greater China coverage strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate banking, subsidiary coverage, or relationship management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships with multinational corporations, particularly those with operations in Greater China
  • Strong understanding of Greater China markets, including regulatory environments, economic trends, and cross-border financing needs
  • Experience in credit analysis, risk assessment, and structuring complex banking products for subsidiaries
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) and proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel frequently to Greater China and other APAC regions as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or International Business
  • Prior experience working at a bulge-bracket bank like JP Morgan Chase or a similar institution
