Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in managing German corporate client portfolios, including subsidiaries of multinational corporations
  • Deep knowledge of US regulatory environment, including compliance with Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
  • Fluency in English and German, with strong proficiency in financial terminology and cross-border transaction documentation
  • Experience in structuring complex financing solutions such as cash management, trade finance, and working capital facilities
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or equivalent, with ability to obtain additional regulatory approvals as needed
