Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the culture, operations, and employee engagement at the Chicago Corporate Center, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's global standards
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the campus, including facilities maintenance, vendor management, and space utilization to support financial services teams
• Develop and implement programs that foster employee well-being, collaboration, and productivity in a fast-paced banking environment
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align campus strategies with broader business objectives, such as digital transformation and client-focused innovations
• Manage budgets and resources for campus projects, ensuring cost-efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
• Drive engagement activities, including events, wellness programs, and feedback mechanisms to boost retention in the competitive financial sector
• Partner with HR and IT teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance the employee experience at the corporate center
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for campus operations, providing insights to optimize financial services delivery
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies in all campus activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in corporate operations, facilities management, or employee engagement roles within a large organization
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in enhancing workplace culture and operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements for corporate environments
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million for campus or office initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement programs in a high-stakes financial services setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Leadership or MBA
• Prior experience in real estate or location management within a global financial institution
• Certification in project management (PMP) or facilities management (CFM)
