Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate operations, facilities management, or employee engagement roles within a large organization
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in enhancing workplace culture and operational efficiency
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements for corporate environments
  • Experience managing budgets exceeding $5 million for campus or office initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement programs in a high-stakes financial services setting
