Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for corporate derivatives products to enhance client engagement and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and tailor derivative solutions such as interest rate swaps and FX options
  • Conduct market analysis and provide insights on derivatives trends to support product innovation at JP Morgan Chase
  • Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, presenting customized hedging and risk management strategies
  • Support the structuring of complex derivative transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing advisory services to optimize client outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in derivatives marketing, sales, or structuring within investment banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of corporate derivatives products including swaps, options, and structured solutions
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and deal execution in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses or equivalent regulatory qualifications
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a top-tier institution
  • Experience working at a bulge-bracket bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar
