Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program management for corporate finance change initiatives focused on data sourcing and infrastructure enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive the implementation of data management strategies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies
• Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
• Develop and manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships in line with corporate finance objectives
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future initiatives
• Ensure all programs adhere to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or change management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives involving data sourcing, infrastructure upgrades, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of corporate finance operations, including financial reporting, risk management, and capital markets
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies in a banking environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for financial technology projects

Preferred Qualifications
