Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oversight of third-party engagements, including risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of suppliers
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with JPMC's Supplier Oversight policies and regulatory standards
• Perform due diligence reviews on new and existing vendors, identifying potential risks to operational integrity
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies for identified third-party risks within the financial services ecosystem
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for suppliers
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on third-party risk exposure and control effectiveness
• Support audit and regulatory examinations related to global supplier operations
• Facilitate training and awareness programs on third-party risk management for internal stakeholders
• Analyze emerging risks in the supply chain, such as cybersecurity threats or geopolitical factors affecting financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management, supplier oversight, or operational risk in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as OCC, FRB, and local Philippine banking regulations for third-party engagements
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks relevant to global financial institutions
• Experience managing vendor contracts and performing due diligence on suppliers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification such as Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or similar
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or equivalent
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management in banking operations
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and local data protection laws in the Philippines
