Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct health assessments, including pre-employment screenings and annual wellness checks for JP Morgan Chase employees
  • Provide on-site medical care for work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
  • Administer vaccinations, flu shots, and health education sessions to promote employee well-being in the financial services environment
  • Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to manage employee health programs, including mental health support and ergonomic assessments
  • Maintain accurate health records in compliance with privacy laws and JP Morgan Chase's data security protocols
  • Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with local healthcare providers for advanced care needs

  • Liaise with external vendors for specialized health services, such as vision or dental screenings

Required Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Delaware or eligibility to obtain
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in occupational health or employee wellness programs
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and familiarity with emergency response protocols
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards in a corporate environment
  • Experience in health assessments, vaccinations, and injury management
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced financial services setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or equivalent
  • Experience in corporate wellness programs within the financial sector
  • Advanced training in mental health first aid or stress management
