Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content including newsletters, emails, intranet articles, and videos tailored to financial services professionals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across business lines to align messaging on strategic goals, regulatory changes, and market developments
  • Manage communication channels such as the firm's intranet, employee apps, and town hall events to ensure timely and accessible information
  • Monitor employee feedback and engagement metrics to refine communication approaches and enhance understanding of firm objectives
  • Support change management communications during mergers, technology implementations, or policy shifts in the banking environment
  • Ensure all communications comply with JP Morgan Chase's standards, SEC regulations, and internal governance policies
  • Partner with HR and marketing teams to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives
  • Analyze communication effectiveness using data tools to report on reach and impact within the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content for diverse employee audiences
