Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regional support for all CAO functions including Sourcing & Procurement, Real Estate, Amenity Services, Document & Business Solutions, and Security to ensure seamless operations across JP Morgan Chase's Bogota office
  • Establish and maintain robust controls to monitor compliance with quality standards, efficiency metrics, and financial services regulations
  • Collaborate with global CAO teams to align local initiatives with firm-wide policies and best practices in corporate administration
  • Oversee vendor management and procurement processes to optimize costs and support sustainable practices in the financial industry
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments for real estate and security operations, mitigating potential disruptions to business continuity
  • Facilitate amenity services enhancements to improve employee experience while adhering to health, safety, and compliance standards
  • Manage document and business solutions workflows to ensure data security and regulatory adherence in a banking environment
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CAO functions, providing insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate administration, operations, or facilities management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, real estate, and security protocols in a corporate environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
