Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Payment Sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within corporate clients
  • Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for payment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of payment products and services
  • Analyze client needs and recommend tailored JP Morgan payment strategies to enhance treasury efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, client servicing, or payments within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of corporate payment solutions, treasury management, and global payment networks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial transactions, such as AML and KYC requirements
