As a key player in our growing Payments business, you will drive the adoption of innovative payment solutions among corporate clients in Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific region. This role within the Relationship Sales category offers the opportunity to leverage JP Morgan's global network and cutting-edge technologies, such as real-time payments and blockchain-based platforms, to deliver value to multinational corporations navigating complex treasury needs. Based in our Tokyo office, you will report to the Head of Payments Sales for Asia-Pacific and collaborate with teams across product development, compliance, and client services to shape the future of corporate banking. In this high-impact position, your primary focus will be on cultivating strategic relationships with senior executives in finance and operations, identifying opportunities to integrate JP Morgan's comprehensive payment ecosystem—including FX hedging, trade finance, and digital wallets—into their operations. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to closing deals and ensuring seamless onboarding, all while aligning with JP Morgan's commitment to ethical practices and regulatory excellence in Japan's financial landscape. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, such as the adoption of Zengin and J-FX systems, combined with global expertise to position JP Morgan as the trusted partner for efficient, secure cross-border transactions.
