Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the program management of initiatives to resolve data quality backlogs impacting the LRI architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, risk, and compliance to identify and prioritize data issues
  • Develop and execute data remediation strategies to ensure accuracy and completeness in risk reporting
  • Monitor progress against key milestones and report status to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
  • Implement data quality controls and governance processes to prevent future backlogs
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover root causes of discrepancies in treasury and liquidity reporting
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage dependencies across global teams
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all program activities
  • Drive continuous improvement in data management practices within the Corporate Treasury division

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, program management, or risk reporting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in resolving data quality issues and managing backlogs in complex architectures
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for risk reporting in banking, such as Basel III or Dodd-Frank
  • Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Data Science) or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CRISC)
