Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of country risk factors including geopolitical, economic, and regulatory environments
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance/Risk Management)
  • Experience in emerging markets risk assessment, particularly in Asia or India
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Basel III or local Indian regulations
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM or CFA Level 1)
