In this position, based in Wilmington, DE, you will deliver expert advice on complex legal and regulatory matters affecting credit card products and connected commerce initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing federal regulations such as TILA, FCBA, and UDAAP, while advising on state-specific consumer protection laws. You will partner closely with business, compliance, and risk teams to support product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational enhancements, all while mitigating potential litigation and regulatory risks. This role demands a proactive approach to emerging challenges in fintech, including data privacy, payment security, and digital transformation.
