Key Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare credit documentation for loans, including term sheets, credit agreements, and collateral pledges
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's internal policies and international regulatory standards such as Basel III
  • Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to finalize documentation accurately and timely
  • Manage document execution processes, including signatures, notarizations, and electronic filing
  • Identify and mitigate risks in documentation to support risk management in lending services
  • Maintain accurate records in JP Morgan's document management systems and update databases
  • Assist in training junior team members on documentation best practices
  • Monitor and report on documentation workflows to improve efficiency in the Ho Chi Minh City operations center

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in credit documentation, legal support, or banking operations
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for international communication
  • Strong understanding of credit agreements, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements in financial services
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word for document management
