Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in credit operations or risk management within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume credit processing environment
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and banking operations
  • Experience with credit systems and tools such as loan origination platforms and risk modeling software
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make data-driven decisions
