Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit risk management, collections, or recoveries within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of UK consumer credit regulations, including FCA guidelines
  • Proven experience in governance, risk oversight, and control frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret credit data and identify risks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
