Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative credit risk solutions to enhance the Corporate & Treasury Chief Investment Office's risk assessment processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging risks in corporate lending and treasury investments
  • Analyze large datasets using advanced analytics to improve credit risk models and predictive capabilities
  • Support the integration of AI and machine learning techniques into credit risk workflows
  • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis for portfolio-level credit exposures
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in credit risk innovation initiatives
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of digital tools for real-time risk monitoring
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in the CTC division
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices through innovation projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 2-4 years of experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, or innovation in banking
  • Strong understanding of credit risk models, regulatory requirements like Basel III, and financial markets
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling
  • Experience with data visualization tools and big data technologies in a financial services context
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within a global organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Finance, Risk Management, or Data Science
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in credit risk or treasury operations
