Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Wholesale Credit Risk Organization by monitoring and analyzing credit exposures across global portfolios
  • Prepare and validate credit risk reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with front office, risk management, and compliance teams to assess and mitigate credit risks
  • Perform data reconciliation and quality checks on credit risk metrics, including PD, LGD, and EAD calculations
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of risk reporting dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects, such as stress testing and scenario analysis for credit portfolios
  • Ensure timely escalation of credit risk issues and support audit and regulatory examinations
  • Maintain documentation of risk processes and procedures in line with JP Morgan's governance framework
  • Monitor market developments and their impact on credit portfolios, providing insights to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in credit risk management, middle office operations, or financial services risk support
  • Strong understanding of wholesale credit products, including loans, derivatives, and structured finance
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, IFRS 9, and credit risk reporting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex data sets in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorization to work in India without sponsorship
