  • Support regulatory reporting requirements, including submissions for CCAR and internal capital adequacy assessments
  • Identify and escalate emerging credit risks, recommending mitigation strategies as needed
  • Maintain and update credit risk databases, ensuring data integrity and timeliness
  • Assist in the development of risk management policies and procedures aligned with JP Morgan Chase standards
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to credit portfolio optimization and risk model enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements in all risk reporting activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit risk management, middle office operations, or financial services risk analysis
  • Strong understanding of credit risk principles, including credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools relevant to risk reporting
  • Knowledge of banking regulations such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and CCAR requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with attention to detail
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to relocate to Newark, DE
