Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial statements and performance metrics to evaluate borrower compliance with credit agreements

  • Prepare detailed reports on covenant adherence and recommend actions for non-compliance
  • Collaborate with lending teams to ensure accurate documentation and risk assessment
  • Conduct periodic reviews of borrower portfolios to maintain portfolio health
  • Utilize financial modeling tools to forecast adherence and support decision-making
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external borrowers to resolve compliance issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting credit support
  • Assist in the development of credit support processes and procedures
  • Contribute to team goals by providing insights on credit trends and borrower behaviors

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in credit analysis, financial services, or lending operations
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, covenants, and credit agreements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably with multinational firms
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Philippines and international lending standards
