Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor compliance with credit agreement terms for an assigned portfolio of corporate and institutional clients
  • Review loan documentation, covenants, and financial statements to identify potential risks or breaches
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and prepare detailed reports on compliance status for senior management
  • Collaborate with relationship managers, legal teams, and risk officers to resolve compliance issues
  • Perform financial analysis and stress testing on borrower financials to ensure adherence to lending criteria
  • Maintain accurate records in JP Morgan's internal systems and ensure timely updates on portfolio changes
  • Support audit processes by providing compliance documentation and responding to regulatory inquiries

  • Stay updated on evolving credit regulations and industry trends to enhance portfolio management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending services, or compliance in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of credit agreements, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements in banking
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local Indian financial regulations is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications
