Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily assessment of compliance with credit agreement terms for an assigned portfolio of loans and facilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of credit analysts, providing guidance on complex compliance issues and ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct thorough reviews of borrower financials, covenants, and risk indicators to identify potential breaches or risks
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including relationship managers and risk officers, to resolve compliance discrepancies

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio compliance status for senior management and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management, lending services, or compliance in the financial services industry
  • Proven supervisory experience leading teams in credit assessment or portfolio management
  • Strong knowledge of credit agreements, regulatory requirements, and financial compliance standards such as Basel III and IFRS 9
  • Experience working with large-scale portfolios in a banking environment
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software used in credit monitoring
