Key Responsibilities

  • Process and review cross-border tax withholdings for HR-related payments across EMEA regions

  • Prepare and file tax returns and reports for global operations, adhering to JP Morgan's internal controls

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax operations, compliance, or HR-related financial processes
  • Strong understanding of cross-border tax regulations, including EMEA-specific VAT and withholding tax requirements
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Excellent command of English, with additional European languages preferred for EMEA operations
