Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of product strategy for Cross Currency (FX) Payments in EMEA, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's global priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, compliance, and operations to design and launch innovative FX payment solutions
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for enhancing cross-border payment efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in FX payments or cross-border transactions within financial services
  • Deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, payment systems, and regulatory frameworks such as SWIFT, SEPA, and ISO 20022
  • Proven track record of leading product launches and driving customer value in a global banking environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and market analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience working at a tier-1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase in EMEA payments
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as blockchain or real-time payment systems in FX
  • Previous leadership role in agile product development methodologies
