Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features for cross-currency payment solutions
• Conduct user research and analysis to identify pain points in international transactions and propose optimizations
• Develop product roadmaps that align with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in global payments
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting cross-border payments
• Work with engineering and design teams to prototype and iterate on payment products
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in user experience
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for innovative payment features
• Support the integration of new technologies like real-time payments and digital currencies
• Contribute to risk assessments and compliance reviews for payment products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, payments, or financial services
• Strong understanding of cross-currency payments, FX markets, and international transaction processing
• Experience with user research methodologies and data analysis tools
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
