Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities within JP Morgan Chase's existing client portfolio to expand Merchant Services adoption
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow revenue from payments solutions, including treasury and capital markets products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and commercial banking clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, risk, and compliance to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends in payments and recommend new cross-sell initiatives
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for cross-sell growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients highlighting JP Morgan's integrated financial offerings
  • Monitor client feedback and performance metrics to refine cross-sell approaches
  • Participate in industry events and networking to enhance JP Morgan's visibility in the payments sector

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services sales, particularly in payments or merchant acquiring
  • Proven track record in cross-selling financial products to existing clients
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry, including merchant services and treasury solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
