Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of culinary staff in the preparation and execution of high-quality meals for JPMorgan Chase employees, executives, and clients in our New York facilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and plating for corporate events, board meetings, and daily dining services
  • Develop and execute seasonal menus that incorporate global cuisines while adhering to budgetary constraints and nutritional guidelines for a health-conscious financial workforce
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining a spotless kitchen environment that meets JPMorgan Chase's rigorous corporate protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent from a recognized institution, with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume, upscale kitchen environment
  • Proven leadership experience in managing kitchen teams within corporate or hospitality settings, preferably in financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP and ServSafe certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and events, in a fast-paced corporate dining environment
  • Experience in menu planning and execution for diverse dietary needs, including executive-level catering for financial professionals
  • Valid work authorization in the United States and ability to pass background checks required for JPMorgan Chase facilities
