Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile custody transactions for client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in asset servicing operations
  • Monitor and resolve exceptions in trade settlements, corporate actions, and income processing within JP Morgan's Corporate Investment Banking framework
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external custodians to manage asset movements and ensure compliance with global regulations
  • Provide client support by responding to inquiries on custody services, portfolio valuations, and reporting requirements
  • Conduct daily reconciliations of cash and securities positions using proprietary JP Morgan systems
  • Assist in the implementation of new client mandates and onboarding processes for asset servicing
  • Analyze and report on operational risks, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in Asset Services
  • Support audit and regulatory reporting, maintaining high standards of data integrity and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in custody services, asset servicing, or financial operations within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of securities custody, fund accounting, and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II and EMIR
  • Proficiency in financial markets, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent in custody operations

Preferred Qualifications
