  • Ensure product compliance with global regulations and internal risk management standards
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency in asset servicing and reconciliation processes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with key clients, including asset managers and pension funds
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Contribute to strategic planning for J.P. Morgan's Global Custody division as a Top 3 custodian
  • Facilitate agile sprints and product demos to align with business objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, custody services, or related areas within the financial services industry
  • Deep knowledge of global custody operations, including asset servicing, securities lending, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of managing complex product initiatives in a top-tier financial institution
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management, and client needs in institutional custody
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  • Ability to navigate regulatory environments such as SEC, FINRA, and international custody standards
