Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of custom loan agency services, including documentation, negotiation, and execution for syndicated and bilateral loans
  • Manage relationships with clients, borrowers, and administrative agents to ensure seamless loan administration and compliance with covenants
  • Monitor loan portfolios for performance, amendments, and restructurings, providing timely reporting and analytics to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with trading desks, legal, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and adhere to regulatory standards in the financial services sector
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in loan agency operations within JP Morgan Chase's Trading Services division
